Southern Idaho Real Estate
After being in the Real Estate Business for many years I have seen the ups and downs in the marketplace. I have recently talked to past and present owners of Real Estate companies and no one can ever remember the Real Estate market being quite like the present one that we are experiencing. We will come out of this market as we always have in the past. I am seeing many families and builders alike fall by the wayside for whatever reason. I am still amazed that there is not more Real Estate Office and agent togetherness and a real team work orientation. The name of the game more than ever is referral networking with each other across town or even across the country. The mental attitude changes dramatically when the market is rolling along and things are good. That old ugly word greed seeps in and the thought of sharing is covered in the soil. Real Estate Agents need to really rally around this present Real Estate situation that we are presently involved in and instill the Teamwork concept more than ever. It really is alright to share and referrals can have a tremendous impact across the country. Let this Real Estate Team across the land work together like never before and shoot for the stars. I promise you all one thing for sure...."It will get better"!!
